Two dozen

I got married 24 years ago.  Looking back, that's a meditation on patience (hers, not mine).  I'm told that the 24th anniversary is the new front door anniversary.

Well, that's what she said ...

Congrats to you and your woman.

22 years for us.

There ain't many like us any more. We are a rarity.

Damn near all of our kids' friends come from broken homes.

We are the exception...

Congratulations to you and Mrs. Borepatch. 24 years is something to be proud of - we'll be 16 years in August.

May you both have many more happy years together!

New front door anniversary? As in "there's the door, hit the road Jack?"

Or is it, "Hm, that front door leaks like a seive; we need to replace it"?

Only 24, shoot got you beat; 38 for us. Her kisses are still sweet and she still makes me breakfast in the morning!!!!

Congrats!

(In one month it will be silver for me and my lovely bride. Her 'silver' gift was a shiny Taurus PT-92.)
